Panels are clad with two sheets of 12mm high density chipboard on a rigid and stable aluminium frame, with an interior insulating layer of mineral wool and heavy duty insulation of bitumen mating to give high levels of sound reduction up to Rw 52dB.

Panels are finished with a satin anodised aluminium edge profile to all four edges and are joined with purpose-made satin anodised aluminium hinges using loose pins, for quick and simple installation. Silicon rubber seals are inserted in the vertical edges of each panel and profiles are channeled to receive either grey PVC perforated seal to absorb sound transmission or matching chipboard finished inserts.
