Top hung individual solid panels requiring no floor track forming a flush flat wall when closed.
105mm regardless of acoustic rating required
Double skin 19mm thick, 3 layer high density chipboard (E1) with internal timber / steel twist resistant frame with steel connectors and internal layers of sound reducing materials to achieve the sound insulation rating required
Vertical edge of panel closing through self locating sound and heat resistant 25mm deep male/female profiles complete with seals
Removable crank handle or electronics operates internal worm screw gear which extends / contracts the retractable top bottom seals concurrently. This rapid action mechanism allows the rubber clad aluminium seals to travel up to 30mm out of the panel (or more if required), and provide a firm contact of 2KN of pressure with floor and ceiling track surfaces.
Single operation allows movement of panels top and bottom. Retractable seals and horizontal expanding section with travel of 120mm providing firm seal to wall jamb section.
Each panel to be individually adjustable in height to take up any discrepancy in ceiling or floor levels
Aluminium or steel powder coated RAL 9010 white as standard or to clients’ colour specification
System to be supported from suitable load bearing structure above as per manufacturers' & specialist engineers’ recommendations. Support to be fixed within a ceiling void of mm and include a plasterboard acoustic baffle to match the sound insulation rating required
